That is why we will perform all that for you at no cost!Our highly skilled technical staff members will migrate your website content from your current web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got a lot of experience migrating web sites and are able to take care of anything – from a common WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ web site, to a very elaborate, custom–made application.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, because there are lots of variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our very best to move your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (when the website content is not very large).

A: Yup. We will need to have the name of the site that you want us to migrate. We’ll also need a means to access your present hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your website.

A: User privacy is among our foremost responsibilities – that is why, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are protected with enterprise–class Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial operations to secure the data that we accumulate on the World Wide Web. A: Your site will continue to work just like it did before with your previous hosting provider. When we are through with the migration, your website will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we’ll ask you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will need to do is update the name server resource records pertaining to your domain. Your web site will be transferred to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: While we move your web content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: Yep. We support all common Linux–based hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.We also don’t support proprietary site creation and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
